A Silent Takes The Golden Globe!

When I saw that The Artist was nominated for best picture at the Golden Globes I thought it was really cool that a modern full length silent would be up for that category....but no way is it going to win.  The nomination just seemed like a long shot in the first place.  Boy was I soooo wrong!!  Glad to be wrong!  Congrats to everyone involved!
